That's odd! I use Fotki.

You can resize your pics to 640 x 480 and add them as an attachment to your post.

If you want, e-mail them to me @ hoover6479@msn.com and I'll post them for 'ya.

Why don't you save the pics on your hard drive and attach file.

I not sure about the orange, but with that much style... who cares! That is one of the nicest CL's I've ever seen. How long has this project been going on? I don't think I care to know about the cost! Looks awesome man... put up some more pics!

The pics are not that good and dont do justice to the paint which has a pearl on it and you cant see ont the pic. The car has not been wet sanded or polished yet. Dustbuster should be posting some more pics soon.

The project has been going on for about two years with interior customize also. I'll post pics of interior when car is completely put together. The kit is original VeilSide by the way thats where I get my name from

That is the best looking body kit that I have ever seen on a CL. Keep up the good work.

that is the cleanest, nicest looking CL. I like the color a lot it looks nothing like the orange supra in The F and F. You and Ross have some nice CL's but his kit is just a little too ricey...thats just my opinion...yours is a definate candidate for cover of SCC.

q2slinger: Thanks for the compliment bryanz3.0CL: I know the color is not the same and hope to make it into a magazine. Luckyax2: Thanks for the compliments too. Also whoever complimented it good or bad it's all good. Remember built the car how you like it not how others like it

Haha, a lot of people think I'm bullshiting when I tell them that is an Original VeilSide kit but when they see the badge on the kit they stay quite. Anyone that doubs is welcome to touch and see the quality of the fiberglass and ofcourse read the badge on the kit.

looks great! i dont know if i agree with that wild of a color on a cl, but im glad you like it. the bumper molds look pretty good as well, looks like a body shop did them. i dont see any waves like the black cl with the skyline front end.

bryanz3.0cl: how is my kit rice? i shaved all the ricey air vents on the sides, shaved the ricey unused exhaust port, and made the rear bumper and front bumper wider (wide bumpers and wide body kits are not even close to rice). how is that rice? do you understand what the term "rice" or "riceboy" means? my car is clean, rice is not clean, rice is japanese stickers, chrome wheel fenders, type r stickers, light up pissers, SI emblems on a non SI honda, neon underbody kit that you can see the actual bulbs when the car drives by, big huge aluminum wings, etc...

anyway, it looks good. i should have mine back in a week, and like you it is taking forever.

are you doing all the work yourself? if so what glues and sealers did you use on the bumper molds?

yeah, thats kinda rice, but it looks good. i like the wheels on your car. i'm not a big sticker fan, but i think if you added a little detailing like a silver outline around the entire graphic it would look even better. but it still looks good.

Ross,
He did say it was his opinion. But, I don't think people realize your approach to your project. The work you did your car's body is like one would do on a classic hot rod. Everything shaved and molded. And the finished product is flawless, just like most hot rods. I hope you don't take it the wrong way. I'm not saying your car is a hot rod, just trying to label it with a very clean car that someone put a lot of time in to make it perfect!

VeilSide, I like the car! I even like the color too

I dont think yours is riced out, its just two different styles. You like shaving everything possible and wide body but I like the clean look of a Japanese bodykit. Just my opinion. By having a complete kit molded I see it as a door opener for other CLs that want to make their CLs look different than others.

i didnt say your car is rice at all...the front bumper, in my own opinion, just doesnt go well with a CL... the skyline bumper belongs on a prelude or civic which has sharper angles, the CL is curvy and i dont think the skyline flows well. And More power to you for shaving your side moldings and custom molding the kit. Thats niether here nor there with what I was saying. I never said i didnt like the kit...im just not into huge body kits, which in my opinion are rice.

Hey VeilSide, your car looks great but if your gonna show off your shit, answer some questions. I seen atleast 3 people ask what car is the body kit originally made for, how much, how much molding was involved, etc... Spill your guts MAN. We are hanging here like a pack of wolves and you are avoiding answering these questions....

and i assume you dumped all that money into a veilside kit and getting a shop to mold it to your cl.. to drive it on the road hammered to the ground.. scrapin the shit out of it.. nothing personal here.. but the show scene is so corrupt, you don't want magazine footage.. everyone can put a body kit on a car.. its not a huge deal.. magazines mostly feature cars that look good, and are fast... the cars that look good and aren't fast.. are just pointless in my eyes.. unless its an all out show car that gets trailored around.. (in ross's case) i'm very biased as everyone knows.. so take this lightly guys and whoever called rmstoics call rice.. is far off.. that phrase has got to be used less and not for 150 different styles.. widebody is more japanese style then this car btw.. keep in mind.. this car does look good.. i just don't want to see it in a few years after driving it on the road for awhile.. it'll look like every other show car/daily driver.. beat up
