i was finally able to get pics of the lude seats and shifter in my car. i know the seats need to be recovered.. that will happen in due time, but for right now it will work for me....
look at the shifter isnt that shit alot lower than the stock shifter
(i put the e-brake down so that you could see how low it sits)

Definately taking the H22 swap to the next level. Lude engine, shifter, and seats. Nice work. Do you have any plans to re upholster the lude seats to match?

I have never seen a CL without leather and wood grain like mine, I don't think I would have bought the car with that interior

where else can I find a 5th gen lude shifter? I've been looking. Except in a junk yard... any general price quote you can infer?

I can't deal with a car that doesn't have leather. But you don't have leather in your car, and they are a step up for stock cl seats. Coated in leather i bet they are gonna look REAL nice, keep us posted....nice shifter

no the seats did not bolt right up...if you are looking for seat brackets you need to get brackets for a 94-97 accord

"are those 4th gen seats?"
Yes they are.

anyway... I was looking at some 97 prelude seats they look different from the ones d98clturbo has. but all in all the same... I was wondering how the comfort level is compair to the stock CL seats... my leg bolster is flat as hell and I fly around in my CL seat since the seat is to wide for me. Are the prelude seats tighter? Im going to get a pair for $75 I think. Or lower. I asked if the brackets come with the seats too waiting to see.

Well back from the ded.

I figure that they be tighter around the upper body area. My buddy that i used to sit in all the time. I can tell you that they're really snug. You don't really slide around but I'll tell you they're not a comfortable as the CL seats.

How much PSI you running? What are the dyno numbers like?

BTW I love what you have done with the CL but you need to clean
things up a bit. I'm not feeling the seats. You should of gone with
racing seats and removed the rear seats. Overall you have done a
lot of work for it so you get my props. Congrats!

Thanks. Really? the CL seats are quite uncomforable.. my waist size is only 31 and chest is about 40. So im a pretty average/smaller framed person. 5'7" 140lbs.

Oh well I'll see if I can sit in on my friends 99... 97-01 are the same right?

another thing... the 97 prelude brackets obviously will not fit... and from what I can gather from here either will the 92-96 preludes... and only the 94-97 accord brackets will do the trick... what do I need to do to get the accord brackets onto these 97 prelude seats?

FYI... I was reading on h-a.net that the 97-up lude seats are much more comfortable than 92-96. Also picked up a bit more info from reading there that it is the 94-97 rails take them off the seats... (im assuming the 94-97 cord rails are the same as the CL ones...) and then line up lude seat and drill holes and ur set...

and the lude seats sit lower than the accord seats meaning they will sit low in the cl too... bad for me im short ... I already put the steering column as far down as it adjusts.

sorry about taking so long to respond to this old thread....anyway...the seats are awesome..they hug you like your lady does.....they do sit alot lower than the cl seats (which i like) you wont be all over the car when driving with these seats...

as for me choosing to use these instead of real racing seats is the price...these were are FREE you cant beat that price...gotta run...ill post again later

my 4th gen seats did not bolt right in i had to make a few brackets for them to fit....at first i was gonna use the brackets off of my cl seats but i didnt want the electronic seat adjustment (i hate that shit plus it weighs a ton) your best bet woulb be to either make a bracket or try to get the brackets from an accord...but that might still be difficult because the accord seat is alot wider than the prelude seat

as far as my doing other stuff to my car i really havent done much...i havent even dynoed it since i put together my new set up...

WAY TOO MUCH stuff going on in my life got married, bought a house, got a new job... so getting my car all back together isnt on my to do list right now..i will slowly but surely get it all sqaured away soon
