picking up a 3.0......
hey everyone i am FINALLY picking up my 98 3.0 black this weekend and it seems I have 1000 bucks leftover from having to put a certain amount of cash down....anyways.....I have the AEM CAI on my list but I wonder what else should I get first? a catback, the APEXI, or pullies/cam gear? and who sells this stuff cheap? I would prefer Greddy for an exhaust...thanks in advance!

I bought mine from an Acura dealer and was told it was certified. Yesterday I go into Acura.com to check on any recalls and come to find out that my car is not covered under the extended warrantee (100K), only the standard which is like 60K. There's no way I would of bought a used car with 44K on it, if the factory warrantee runs out in 16K. I'm gonna go to the dealer to hash it out.

im with dust..
if i had to do it all over again i would have done it this way:
-suspension (springs + struts or coilovers, sways, camber)
-rims and GOOD tires
-cai
-header/cat
-exhaust
-nos(if ya wanna have sum fun)
right now all i need is a suspension, but from now on when i hook up a car thats my first priority. it makes all other mods that much better..do yourself a favor and put a suspension on there that will make you want to drive your car..

I just got back from the Acura dealer and they didn't have my CL listed as being certified!! I basically got lied to by the salesman. There's no way I would of bought a used a car with 44K miles on it if the factory warranty ran out at 50 or 60K.
This was at Pohanka Acura, Chantilly, VA.
