Painting side skirts and bumper skirts

Hey, I have some scratches on the front bumper skirt from a previous owner bottoming out a few times, not all that bad. I wanted to know if it's possible to get it painted white, or do I need a new skirt on the front...

You can get it repainted.

If the bumper cover is fine, you can remove the front lip and just get it painted.
