Can anyone tell about how much i am going to pay for a paint job on my ac? I'm not talking macco, just black which is what i already have... approximately?

 

depends on where you take it... a decent paint job will take you into the 1000's somewhere (unless you know someone you can TRUST, and then maybe just a bit less.)

Anything less than 1k, and you may just want to think twice about that (bad paint, bad technique = chipping after a few months...) I want to paint my car too very soon but I wont have the funds for now... a friend of mine who paints cars as well as jet engines and such quotes me at about 1200-1500 or for a new color (w/dents removed.)

If you want an insane job done, you can throw down up to around 4k (and then, you'd be one of the hottest looking cars on the road.)
