Okay guys, in order for this GB to work we need to pay...
a monthly vending fee of $250... if we get 20 buyers, thats about 12.50 each for the buyer to add on, wut do u guys think

hey alex, yeah i had a huge GB thread up on an OEM CF hood for 1st gens, one i'm sure will go through... we need 20 people, im trying to negotiate 10, however the more the merrier. admin told me that i gotta get vending fee of $250 down first before i can post any GB's, which is pretty weird cuz i'm not a vendor or trying to make profit, just getting some shiet together.

okay, maybe i should tell everyone now... prices are higher now, $450+ shiping, which is $150 more... GB will still be on though... $450 for high-quality seibon CF hoods... they are leaders in CF products.. OEM and yeah, $450 + shipping

if this is good, i will start getting interest up again and then pay the GB vending fee, then start the GB
since i'm going to be paying the damn $250 fee, i'm going to include an additional 12.5 to each purchase so that all 20 buyers ill chip in for the GB fee... also i hope no one flakes out on me cuz im taking $250 out of my pocket to start things off and get the ball rolling.

baka, i believe they are grade AA rolled edges... i'm sure seibon makes some good shiet, if u guys dont like seibon, we can always get vis to do it, just that my friend has less control over vis and more over seibon since his boss is friends with the boss of seibon... plus seibin will make it faster

It's a GB for users put together by users ON THE ADMIN'S WEBPAGE which is paid for BY THE ADMIN (soopa). Greedy? Do you know how much it costs each month to keep this site active? Last time I checked you didn't have to pay to join this site, nor do you pay for each post (which continually takes up more and more space on the servers).

This is how a Group Buy works..
You contact the supplier of the said part. You tell them there is a interest in their product on AZ.. You request they contact AZ to set up a Group Buy (GB).
They contact the admins and negotiate a term and price of the GB to run.. I don't see why he's saying the GB cost has to come out of Your pocket.
Like the Thermoblock Spacers a $100 product the site got a X amount and the members got $10 off and free shipping..
Everyone is happy and the members deal directly with the company and not a "middle" man who could run with the money.
Seems fishy that the cost has went from $300 to $450 and now it's going to cost everyone $150 in shipping for a total of $600..
I really hope this guy doesn't decide to run with the money or put a little extra in his pocket..

guys be careful before sending money to anyone. Same goes with buying anything else. Make sure that silver has pics and everything legit and stuff before you start sending money. The price went up from 300 to 600? Perhaps we could get the contact info of the manurfacturer and pay them directly as opposed to paying the middle man.

no one is tacking anything... i said in the original post that $300 is the price but couldjump to $400, it is not a sudden price increase out of nowhere.

the guy i know is close friends with the boss of seibon and his company is within 5 minutes of where i live. he told me to organize a GB for 1st gen CL and he will get us a good price on high-quality hoods. i don't know why everyone is getting suspicious, i know u guys don't know me as well as VXCL or joe or whatev, but i don't think i've done anything shady or anything so i hope that you guys can at least trust me.
