There is no way to get that much horsepower that cheaply. This has been posted at least three times if you search, but all you will find is it doesnt work.
i unfortunately got one of these...but paid $4 total but it didn't do jack for my car.

Wouldn’t the manufacture install that from the factory if it gave that much of a horsepower gain for that little $$? Sounds like bs to me... good thing you asked before you bought it!
