ITBs are worthless without a built head. I vaguely remember his car, was it built?

well i'm looking to upgrade my head with a pnp/valve job and I have stage 2 cams, valvesprings and retainers, so I was wondering about itbs.

I believe his car was mildly built, I remember some videos of him racing n florida n doing pretty well.

Old threads always seem to pop up around here. On the plus side, I can tell you that it's an APC Accord strut bar.

if you want to go ITB, go all out NA on your head and get a tune that will raise your rev cut to 9k +. Then it's worth it.

ITB's are such a pain in the ass to tune, but they sound badass.

they're a bitch to tune but once u have them dialed in correctly they're awesome, for an n/a build anyway lol. i'm never sure exactly what direction i'll go w/this motor setup anyway, but i'd like to see the results of itbs so I could do a comparison.

Yeah, you really have to take your time and get the the length, diameter and velocity stacks correct to make power. I would have loved to have them on my all motor build, but the IM swap was easy and makes almost as much power.

TWM makes a kit for the B series. You might be able to modify one for the H22. It would probably be easier than rigging up a set of GSXR ITB's or something similar.

There are ITBS by TWM that you can buy for the H22, so i dont think i'd have to rig up a set although it would be cheaper than buying a set.

a little demonstration?
