If you like them, who cares?

You paid $100 for the set of 4 right? That's a steal, now spend the money you saved on a set of nice springs like some tein S-techs and you'll still have a nice ride

I don't much like them all shiny like that but i think they would look really nice when coated black, or gunmetal. Still for $100 you can't go wrong.

They look a little small dont they? That front wheel gap is huge. What size tire?

Either way, if you like them and they are great price...then you are set! Like mitch says, it doesnt look very appealing with the low profile tires, so a drop may be necessary.

Yea i kinda like them after drivin and gettin all kinds of compliments. But i just put em up for sale gonna try to make some loot on them. Yea they would look good with a drop but like I said it's not gonna happen. I like the stock ride to comfy to mess with.

If you have to ask....then no.

Rims are something that should catch your eye and be something that looks amazing to you. If you have to ask if it looks good, then chances are, you're not 100% happy with them. There are soooooo many rims out there (even 4 lug) so don't settle till you find the rim YOU really like.
I mean, just about ANY aftermarket rim looks wayy nicer than stock 3.0 wheels imo...you can't go wrong.

If you want a soft "stock" like ride, try the S-Tech's. I believe the spring rates are lower than stock.

these what u talkin bout? it's only a 1.5 ish drop wonder if that would make the look difference. so what about those kits makes it so you dont need a camber kit or maybe i should just search the topic huh so i dont get flammed lol

I think it's just a bad picture angle dude... Ground shots are always terrible if the car isn't lowered...
Retake the pic with a better camera and better photographer haha.

otay here is another shot they do look small on the car but man they are growing on me fast lol today i had a kid(id say he was 7 or so) say man nice car. Made my day as I do love this lil car. Well if no camber kit is required maybe just maybe ill take her down 1.5 inches. I didnt think that small of a drop would make that much a diff. One thing i gotta say is man she handles so much better with these tires on it.

Also a close up of teh rims man if i keep em the red bead locks gotta go also found a guy that will tint my windows for 80 may do that also

Coilovers and slam imo, best money I have spent. F2's are "sporty" I would call it... nice medium between stock and harsh, I love them.

IMO, i think if you ditched the center cap (for something plain) and the bronze bullet things (for chrome ones), the wheels would look 10x better.

I have S-Tech's with no camber kit and I've seen no unusual wear. As long as your toe is in spec you shouldn't have any problems.

Off topic of the rims bc i like the rims... If you don't need a camber for those kits... you do need to get new struts right? How much for a good set? To handle S-tech prokit those non camber ones?

Suspension:

credit goes to accordinglydone forums

What everyone should know....
-Please know that you get what you pay for. If you buy a $50 set of springs, you will not get very good quality. That is the reason they are $50.
-If you get lowering springs or coilovers, you will need to get struts that will handle it. Otherwise your stock struts will blow very fast, and it will be dangerous to drive and you will look like an idiot for that matter.
- Individual product pros and cons are at the bottom.

I like the 3 piece look... $100 is a bargain... and I believe they look better than stock. Just get a mild drop... it'll improve your handling as well.

well since it looks like you have 40's on those wheels the s tech drop wont look its best. I'd get 45's when it comes time to change tires.

They are 17's. Blazin si how big a drop is that>? I do agree with the red parts they need to be changed. I may be powder coating them this week end(doing it myself sure does save cashola), just gotta find the time, as me and my buddy are working on finishing fiberglassin my door panels for the 8" woofer and 4" tweeters. Yea and they are 40's. Well only reason i got em is cuz the toyo's are brand new. Hell thats at least worth 300 there.
