ok well it guess im leavin the cl community. My car is on the way to being totalled. A long story short i rear ended a mini van. >.< and shit just went down from there. The other driver was a 70 year old asian women. she couldnt speak english no joke and the cop was being an asshole. My witnesses said she didn't no how the drive cause i guess she turned at the last minute anyways i still feel it was my fault and insurance will probably say so. Well anyways Radiator done. passanger side smashed. driver side good still. Hood Fucked up. Intake done. o man such a mess. i went under her car. It was a Fuckin van. YEA but to everyones amazment. THE ABS LIP LIVES. ITs still intact and IT DIDNT FALL OFF lol.

what ever you do dont take the offer the other insurence offers, they're probably going to offer you 80% your fault and 20% hers, fight with them for awhile and hopefully they'll see it your way

Did the lady have insurance, and a driver license? If she's a FAB, and doesnt have either or, then it's automatically her fault since she was driving illegally. Just a thought to help you out. Oh, and tell the insurance she did an illegal lane change manuever. That's make it her fault to, even though you rear ended you.

By law, you're suppose to signal 100 feet before you make the initial lane change or turn. And on the freeway, if you need to cross over 3 lanes, you must wait 3-5 seconds before every lane change. You can't just cross over 3 lanes with the signal on all at once.

naw my hids are done. passanger side headlight smashed. i guess the driver side is still good. my teins are salvagable, but i dont know if theyll let me take it out

you'll just need new bulb(s). get the TEINs, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

do not let the system take advantage of you. YOU put the money into the car

now YOU take it back out of the car... simple as that... get a couple of friends, grab

some tools and get to work... As long as your not hurt in anyway, carry on with salvage.

ok well. im basically goin to be at fault says the insurance company. So my parents are like let them handle it. itll take the company 10 days for the police report and such and such. so i probably not goin to get money till like a month from now.

Right now ive been talking with my mom about bringing the car back to the house. because i still have all the oem parts. The Lip im selling to my frend for 50 bux unless i get another cl, but that seems unlikely becuase insurance will b a bitch. Anyway i will find a way to slavage it becuase i was weighin my options for new used cars for under 10000 and right now the Integra Ls looks like the best bet and if i get that car i could use my hids. however, gettin a new car will probably take months because inusrance needs to settle. so do any of you have suggestions for a used car? i minus well research them now.

i say take your parts off the old CL and get you a 99 CL. Insurance will not be crazy, its not considered a sportscar. Trust me, if i can get 6 tickets for racing and my license revoked and reinstated and my insurance still didnt blow up, you'll be just fine. I regretted not getting another CL when mine got totaled. And i still do to this day, which is y im searching for another 1. Dont make the same mistake!!!
