so umm, is that you in your av?

jk, anyways take it to court, if the cop doesnt show, the case gets tossed. Or better yet, opt to contest in writing. most of the time the cop wont even bother to write his side of the case back and you'll win.

Word to that. Do a trial by written declaration. Cops get paid to go to court and fight you, they don't get paid to write an essay about what you did wrong. I got off on a ticket for speeding/wreckless driving that I wrote a trial by written declaration for.

and uh, is that you in your av?

That's gay, sucks bein a masshole

I have my court date on sept 1st, pleading not guilty to driving with expired inspection, because i got nailed the day after i got my car out of the tranny shop, and had an appointment that next week to get my brakes installed and inspection done. Hoping the drop the case, and give me my $$ back cuz I got the car inspected.

Go to the DMV website, theres a section on trial by written declaration. Traffic school is a shitty idea because you have to pay the ticket.

i think cali laws are different than oklahoma.

i took my ticket to trial. the cop didnt show up and it got dropped. on the other hand my mom took her ticket to trial and her cop showed up. she lost, but they dropped the fine by 50%. u never kno what happens when u take it to trial.
