New Tires, 225 or 235

I am getting my wheels soon; as you all know. I know the 225/40-18's match up to stock diamater size better, but I want to fill my wheel wells a little better than that. Does anyone have the 235/40-18? I would like to know which one you suggest.

235's would work but you may rub, i'd go w/ the norm and get 225/40's

I'm pretty sure you'd rub with 235s...on top of that I think the 225s fit the wheel well really nice

The problem is I dont want all of that space, and I dont want to lower my car. Thats why Ive been asking. Rub in hard turns or all of the time?

235 is way too wide for the wheel well....wont work.....it's like trying to fit wider rims under there....also, if you dont stick with stock size recommendations, your mph gauge will be off....and...wider tires on .5" wide rims will bulge and look stupid....

225-40-18 is the way to go, I recommend BFGoodrich KDWs.

235's is a bit wide for 6" rims...you'll need to get 7" rims.
