those are adapters, check these out see how the part the spins doesnt look like a helicopter blade? if you "add-on" the spinner part to any wheel that isnt made to be a spinner (like axis rims) then, you have put on an adapter. I mnot trying to hate, im just trying to point out the difference between wheels that are made to be "spinners" and adapters that can simply be bought and put on any wheel

thats like 22 x 9.

i HAVE 19X8 TO WORK WITH.

THESE ARE NOT 12 DOLLAR ADAPTERS FROM DISCOUNT AUTO PARTS.

THEY ARE CHOPPERS CUSTOMS FABRICATED FOR ME FROM CALI 250 EACH A G for 4 WHEELS. THE BOLT INTO THE LUGS AND SPIN ON A DOUBLE BEARING INSIDE THE LIP OF THE WHEELS. no bent metal flimsy shit.

you might not have bought "12 DOLLAR ADAPTERS FROM DISCOUNT AUTO PARTS" but you do in fact have $1000 adapters, im not saying theres anything wrong with it, but just dont deny the fact that they are technicalled called adapters

ok...first not trying to argue, but

i really dont think it matters if they spin in or outside the lip to prove that they are real spinners, the rim is what would determine that, by the offset and how deep the lip is....buy a rim with a small lip then off course your gonna be spinning outside with an adapter, a bigger lip will let it sit farther in....

but the point being, is that only davin and a few others make real spinners...not rims that have a spinning adapter on the outside....
so even if they "custom" made it, they still "adapted" it to the rim...

i love your car bro, but just keep it real with the rims man, and also those almost look like 18 inch spinners on there cause youve got some space between the rims...

Have you looked at a 19 inch davin Or Dub wheel.

they suck.

lol.

I have poersonnally gone thru there catologs myself.

I looked at the DUB bellagio. in 19 inch. It was shitty. My boy has the bellagio 24's on his tahoe and those rims are sick. On the Bagged tahoe. 24 x 10. lol.

for a 19 x 8 with standard offset /wasnt what i was looking for
they spin backward on a single bearing./ wasn't what i was looking for.
they have a plate behind the actual spinner / Which would give my wheels no depth which the widebody flare deparately needs.
wasn't what I was looking for.

I went to the warehose and had to select a 19 inch 4 lug wheel <impossible to find with open hub> that we could drill and shave to get the kit with the measurements we sent for.

the all chrome CHOPPER with inside the lip of my BBS pattern rims. Also a new Axis rim.

just keep it real.

LOL

are you serious.

I built the wheel.
I took two weeks to find a non faced spinner how I wanted it.
I had the rim powdewr coated powder coated.
I have 3 different key locks on the rims
I drilled it.
I measured it.
I ordered it.
I paid for the shipping and handling of the parts.
I complimented them in in an e-mail about the quality of their work.
I have already recommened them to 2 or ther customs that have seen my car. Audi RS^ and Bodydropped s-10.

i do this for a living relax.

I'll get a better pic of the the wheels for you.

if you had to add them to axxis wheels that kind of gives away the fact they are adapters doesn't it?

ok, first off go here note how they all say '18 inch Spinning Rims attachments"

now, go here and note that it DOESNT say "attachtment"

also, note the obvious price differences, $2575 to $795. Now you said that your spinner setup cost you about a $1000, so take the "atachments, adapters" ($800) have a shop custom drill you holes and mount them onto your axxis rimms (+$200) and your total comes out to $1000, just like you said. Not $2500 like the "true" spinner sets are. The ones that come from the factory as a wheel and face combo. aka built together, AS ONE.

i hope this clears up any misconceptions....

NOTE: these are just two different rims/adapters that I chose at random, simply as an example, there are many different kinds of true spinner rims and also many different kinds of adapters out there

Who cares. We all know that they are not REAL spinner rims, they are adapters. Who cares if they are flimsy or not, they still spin, just they dont look as clean and are not as reliable as real spinner rims are. He has spinners, most spinners you see on the road now are adapters anyway. I think that they don't look bad, i just wouldn't put spinners on my CL, i feel thats something that should be reserved for 20" and up. JMO. He's ridding spinners, he's happy, it turns heads, but its not for me and my car, i like to see it on other peoples cars tho.
