God..... If your thinking of doing it dont even try and use the 98 grill, just buy the 97 one it would take like 1 hour max...

Got pulled over by the cops so i had to mount the plate somewhere...... gah..

i liked how the bottom grill looked much better, for some reason im not really a fan of then top custom grill, i think they look fine on our CL's

BUT, that is the best grill material I have scene, i dont know where to buy that type of material, im not a fan of the gutter guard look, where did u say you bought from again?

It looks again, better in real person. I dont know i can't seem to take a good picture of them both at the same time and i got a Digital SLR 8.1MP so i just dont know... Hrmm..
It was a pain in the ass cuz i wanted to keep the OEM Mounting holes and didn't want to custom a whole new grill. So i had to cut out all the 98 grill. There is is like 4300000 pillars
Sand it all down paint over it, which took like 3 hours. and still couldn't get the last 2 pillars on each side because the mounting holes are right behide them. The 97 Grill only has 4 pillars. Do the math

I had to search Hi and low for this material it was shipped from some custom metal factory in OHIO.

In Toronto. I think the whole combo will look much better when the WW lip is on...

Nice look man....

Gotta agree with you..I just put in a gutter guard grille (check the avatar)- took ~ 1 hour and i like the look alot. Sucks that the po po made you put your emblem back on. I haven't had that problem yet..

Noob out (Still can't figure out how to put pics into the reply...help if you can)

Why would the police care if your car's grille had an Acura emblem on it? That doesn't make any sense. Oh well, nice job on the grille. I like the pillers at the edges, makes it look distinctive.

the material looks good, but damn... I wish you could've filled it in all the way across. Would've given it an even cleaner look.
