Will the obx headers for the 98+ Accord bolt up without mods to a '97 3.0? I'm asking because I found a set for an unreal price and want to buy them, but have no idea if they will bolt up to the exhaust.

No,
You need to have a custom bend to the rear down pipe. It's only about a 1" bend.
