My Silverstars burnt out already!

I've recently done the 9005 conversion, and my Silverstars only lasted about 4 months. Does anyone know of any other bulbs that have decent output that last a while? Is there any bulbs out there that do well in the rain? I've heard that nokya makes good bulbs that last a while, but what is the difference between stage 1 and stage 2? Thanks in advance.

Or you mgiht wanna get eurodezigns ones. They have a real nice output and they are cheap. And if they burn out you pay something like 5 bucks to get a new set.

I had one of the bulbs go after four months. There's an over the counter warranty on Silver Stars. It looked like the filament had just melted on the bad one.

silverstars are junk, i burned out a bulb every other month, right side, then left side.

folks at advance auto parts said warranty is no good, because my headlight housings are
holding moisture.

i have not ever had moisture in my headlights, told'em f*%k off and threw the bulbs accross the store and walked out!

i then retro fitted projectors and hid. it's the only way to go

you'll want to throw rocks at halogen bulbs after seeing the road lit up like that.
