Hello everyone I have a 1997 Acura CL 2.2 and my radiator fan is not turning itself off (even over night) and it drained my car's battery.

This happened after hurricane Isaac and I drove through a small body of water due to flooding. I expect there is a short somewhere but how do I go about diagnosing this or replacing a switch or switches?
