My Alarm Is F***ed
Im not sure whats going on with my alarm, but when i bought the car the remote didnt work. so i ordered another remote from acura. worked flawlessly for like 4 months. all of a sudden lately, i have to press the unlock button like 17 times till it finally registers and unlocks. and if for some reason it doesnt, i have to do like this random locking/unlocking pattern till something works. the trunk wont pop unless its right after i unlock my door, or i get lucky. and my chirper doesnt work either. i set it on chirp and it works, then i go into work and unlock the doors, and the lights just blink, and its not like it broke, cuz when i lock the door with the doors open, it still does that three chirp thing.
wow that was alot of typing.
so. wtf?
is there a recall on this? cuz i wanna drive a TSX for a week

Get a new remote battery, while you have the battery out, try cleaning the contacts

and i need to see about changing the battery in my piece... where can one find such a battery? Any regular ol' place?
