Well when they go on, it'll be with valvesprings, retainers, and valves (all heat treated just like the cams) along with a port and polish and being tuned, so I dont know exactly how much HP they will be responsible for themselves. But at WOT even with a mild exhaust setup designed to stay quiet, it'll definitely be nice

Yea its my daily driver although I'm trying to get my dad to give up his 93 accord for me to daily drive instead. I dont have an exhaust setup cuz of that, but being that i'm consistently upgrading motor parts i'm gonna have to get 1 sooner or later, just trying to make sure its relatively quiet.

Both. I had a magnaflow with a highflow cat and 18in resonator on my last CL and it was still a little too droning for me on the highway. And it drew attention to cops and ricers that wanted to race me. The quieter it is, the less people suspect me as i drive by them, and the better i can hear my music in the car while i drive, although it is still pretty loud lol. I did enjoy it when i put the pedal to the metal though.

quiet exhaust and performance do really go together. if your gonna be extracting every ounce of hp from a highly tuned H engine, a restrictive exhaust will really fuck with you.

yeah thats what my tuner told me. I'm gonna have a similar setup than i had to my last CL (2.75in piping, high flow cat, 18in resonator), im just gonna use an AP1 s2k muffler instead of something aftermarket to try to keep the sound down though.

I have an idea that will both quiet down the car and allow for good tuneable performance.
