i have i/h/e but they are all the cheap brands. would a full cat back exhaust from greddy or intake from aem or dc sport headers make a difference. what other mods can i put on i do have 55 dry shot.

just spend your $ on the looks of your car. you can do so much more. by the time you spend 2g's on bolt ons, you couldve been 3/4 way of buying a turbo kit. what really matters is your budget and what you have planned for your car.

Gude has a head package that says it will give you 40-58 hp at the wheels. mmrusa.com has it for $1600.

i just looked at the website this is real interesting... f23 with 190-208 hp? with a head job? at that price? not bad at all... really... wonder if it is true.

My F23 made 212whp/227wtq at 10psi.

I didnt see the F23 listed on the head package applications, did I miss it? Only 2.3 I noticed was the H series. I doubt you can add that much power for that little money to the F series.

Edit: You said you have a 2.2, I can read I swear.
