Missing Piece on What Would Normally Be Under Bumper!?
Last week my friend decided to play a prank on me (yes, my one friend is a wiseass) and wired a separate car horn to my brake lights so when i hit the brakes it would sound (what an asshole lol) and he disconnected the wire immediately after I noticed it. So today I made him take it off and when I got home I decided to check the back of my CL to make sure it was gone. I also checked the taillight wires to make sure they were intact. I was looking and from how the sun was shining, I noticed a hole through the body! He noted last week that something like a grommet was missing, and I assumed it was a little thing, not something as pictured (kinda bigger than a quarter). It must have popped out when I was hit last November (was waiting for spring to get the damage fixed). This explains the whistling/ whining noise that I hear varying by speed, but what goes in its place? Just some kind of plastic cap from Lowes or something? Or is it somehow necessary for something to go through? Or is it just supposed to be like that even though it wasnt on the passenger side? Thanks for replies!

Update
Well, that friend found something that covered the hole perfectly, but that damn whistling is still there . Hopefully I'll be able to get all that damage fixed up soon. On another note, I found out my brakes are actually worn so bad that it is just about metal on metal .So that explains the rattling/grinding noise I've been hearing that stops when I step on the brakes. I guess I'm actually happy I took the car to a dealer for service............once .
