megan racing header turned my check engine light on..
so after about a month of installing my megan racing type S header in, it turned on my check engine light. is it because the o2 sensor senses too much airflow and it senses im running too lean? and if so, should i get a dummy o2 sensor to fi it? or i could be completely wrong should i just take it off and put the stock one back on?. lol please help, i gotta get smog in about a month. thanks guys.

make sure the o2 sensor wire isnt touching the header and melted. or it could be pinched between the header and oil pan. ive had my headers on for over a year and i havent had any problems with the cel.

get the cel scanned at autozone (free) and that should tell you where to begin. if its runnin fine, my money would be on the egr valve.
