Massachusetts Lemon Law

I am thinking of selling my 1998 3.0 CL (Auto-Premium) [141K mileage] privately, rather than as a trade-in; and I wanted to know if anyone knew if the Massachusetts Lemon Law applies to vehicles with over 100K miles on it? I thought I read this somewhere but I am not sure. I appreciate any feed back.

For those that don't know what the MA Lemon Law is - The seller of a private car sale is fully responsible for any problems to the vehicle for the first 30 days after the sale. This allows the buyer to beat the crap out of the car for 30 days, then be alllowed to make the seller pay for any and all repairs required or give them a full refund. What ever happened to "buyer beware"? This is the basis for my question above, for I cannot belive that this law would apply to a car with over 100K.

if it's over 100k then i doubt it would apply is your best bet to find out. But seriously, that's a gay rule, buyer beware is the way it should be
