Making my own CAI - just a few questions
1. Anyone know a cheap online site to buy a K&N cone filter for a custom CAI. Which one should I buy? Part #?
2. Also, when I am building my CAI, should I reduce the diameter of the intake pipe that connects to the throttle body in order to speed up the air? Is this effective, or should i keep a uniform pipe diameter throughout. Which pipe diameter is commonly used for the CAI? Where can i buy the manderel bent pipe?

keep uniform pipe diameter through out. I'd say 2.5" or 3". The size you use is gonna tell you which K&N cone filter you are gonna need to use.
