i noticed that the low beam has this silver shroud covering the bulb, but the high beam bulb has nothing covering it....so is it possible to remove the shroud in front of the low beam bulb so i can get more light output???

 

the shroud is there so the light can reflect more and also so its not blinding people

 

if i took that off wouldnt it put out more light tho???

i dont know about blinding but output yes for sure would be WAY down

 

you would get pulled over in a sec for the stupidest thing ever!!! why dont you just drive with the highs on? then you dont have to take your lamp apart for nothing. free mod all you got to do is pull the stick.
