looking for a new car

Hey guys, this is nippon_wa.

I'm probably getting my new car here after I sell my CL in seattle.

And, I'm gonna get Nissan Sylvia S15.

But, I'm thinking to get either S15 (SR20DET-6speed) or S15 Varietta Hardtop convertible (SR20DE-5speed)..

You guys definately say S15 for sure.. but 4seats hardtop convertible.. for this price.. hmmmm im thinking... and even though i get this car, i won't spend much money for the engine, but the looking...(like i did on my cl, but much better) so...

I've never seen S15 convertible before.. so when i checked the pix, i thought it was chopped.. but it really exists..
hmmm, it sux that they came out w/ SR20DE only..

well, Here's how it looks..for those who never seen..

well, stick for sure, but im thinking either just S15 or varietta..

it sux that they come out w/ only SR20DE...and 5 speed..

but cuz of hardtop convertible, it makes me thinking...

if it's not that hard or not expensive swapping to SR20DET w/ 6speed, i would go w/ hardtop convertible and swap it... but i'm pretty sure it's $$

and.. if i just get s15 w/ SR20DET w/ 6speed, it's more cheaper than varietta.. lol

u can get around 7~15g for the s15, and varietta for 18~20..

go with the SR20DET 6 speed, unless ur passionate about having a convertible..shit instead of getting the convertible and doing the engine n tranny swap..why not get the 6 speed and convert it into a convertible, thatd probably be a cheaper and very unique mod.

i say go with the sr20det 6spd. boost is more fun plus a 6spd is also nice.

i'll be here until the april.07, but if i transfer to univ, i'll be here another two years..

i don't know what the driving differences between sr20det and sr20de, cuz it would be my first STICK car.. and i don't really care 'bout speeding or stuff...

so, all i want is just the looking and the stick.. (at least it's 5spd)

well, since the convertible is little expensive, i might end up getting s15-6spd...

let see

and i hope i can sell my cl asap...
