No the outside is cyclone blue...Bad lighting!
It almost looks like it is just sitting on the ground huh..lol

its not black...See..This is when i first got it...



To anyone who has done this before, do you take out the rubber seals that go around the thing that holds the light in? Will it melt if it gets too hot?

the outside looked black in the first pic. i didnt think it was, but you never know. hows the lights commin?

Very nice blue, that looks brighter than cyclone blue. I love that color with those wheels.
