with the right bolt pattern and off-set, yes indeed they will. Buy them from tires.com, they have free shipping and mounting/balancing!! Awesome deal!!

I see that there are a couple with 45 offsets, will this work?

Our bolt pattern is 4x114.3

42 or 45mm offset will work

If I go with 18's and a neuspeed drop, will the additional offset cause a rub?

I dont see why 3mm would really make a difference... they'll probably rub either way...
