Just Got 97 2.2 CL Need Help!!
Hey guys! New here and new to the car. I will be posting pics soon. I need some help with upgrades. Does anyone have some good sites for the 2.2 CL 1997 model. I am curious about all kinds of upgrades from looks to performance. Please help. Thanks.

well if you hang around long enough, searching thru old posts via "Search" feature, you will find everything you need.
if you have a quesiton that you think is obvious like "can we switch the stereo out?" or "can we bypass the stereo amp?" it's better to not ask in a new post, but to search for posts already completed.

Thanks guys for the warm welcome. I know that I have found the best site to find things out and discuss about my car, but I meant like a certain site to buy parts for that specific model. Let me know.

there isnt that many places which sell 1st gen CL parts..
heres what i know...
clear bumper = ebay, autodynamic.com, other sites all cary 1st gen CL clear bumper lenses
suspension = 94-97 accord
engine mods (3.0) = 98-02 accord .. 2.2/2.3 = 98-02 accord 4cyl?
brake rotors = 92-96 prelude
body parts = custom make it
Universal parts fit our cars great! (w/ some minor mods sometimes...)
headlamp lowbeam = 9006
headlamp highbeam = 9005
corner bulbs = 164/196

There are so many things I can do. I just don't know where to start. I will have almost unlimited funds in about a month. The best combonations that you know. Thanks.

actually for your correct infomation...
the 2.3 can use 94-02 parts.
the 2.2 can use pretty much 94-02 parts as well.
intakes are same as accords, header, cam gears, spark plugs, wires, batteries, turbos.

drop the 2.2 F-series for a 2.2 H-series motor...
then turbo it. have fun.

2.3 and 2.2 cl uses 94-97 accord parts. if you buy an intake for a 98 2.3 cord it wont fot right, especially an exhaust. the car has a diff chassis. the 94-97 2.2 cord woudl fit perfect.
