Just bought my first CL! But has some minor problems

I just bought my first car! a 1999 2.3 CL.

Its perfect except for a couple of minor details.

Whoever had the car before me did a real shitty job on installing the speakers. The front speakers are held in by one screw, and the speaker lid does not even stay on.

The rear speakers are Pioneers and they are held in by one screw. The other three holes are stripped because they had to drill new holes to get the speakers to fit.

Third, the CD deck is a shitty ass Pioneer that sounds horrible.

My question is what do you guys recommend for me to fix this? The lid on the left door doesnt seem to stay on no matter what I do. I dont know what speakers fit.

Also, the one of the windows has a tear in the tint. Would I have to re-tint the whole window to fix this?

In theory, the front are suppose to be 6.5 inch and the back are suppose to be 6x9 speakers. I not sure if they putting in the correct speakers. They can just be put in correctly for just the wrong size. You i guess will have to look wat they are. The tear in the window, u have to replace. This is hard to do though if u only doing one window. It might not match the other sides. Even though u get the same exact tint, it might fade a little over time and not match. It doesn't cost toooo much to retint. It just a pain in the ass for them to take the old tint off without damaging the antenna and heater in the back.

to get the tint off the back window, Go to home depot and get turpintine. Its in an aluminum box. Its a real thick green substance. It will eat away anything. DO NOT GET IT ON YOUR HANDS. Get a couple pairs of thick rubber gloves., and a paint brush. Put a towel over your back lid where yuour speakers are and cover your seats too. Brush that stuff onto the window, and let it sit for like 10 minutes or so....You will see it start eating away at it.....It might be better to take a razor blade and scratch up the tint so that it seaps inbetween the tint and the window. DO NOT HIT THE DEFROSTERS with the razor blade.
