wow, i must be a really shitty mechanic. I got the lights out with much trouble of removing the front bumper cover, had to squeeze the lights through the top radiator mount thing and the fiberglass bumper support. Well, that was the first problem, the next thing was after i baked them and ripped them open. The painting went fine and i put them back together and siliconed them. (man that stuff stinks) Anyway, these puppies would not go back in. I had to take off my front bumper, not just that little cover. SO i loosen all the bolts and there is enough play in the bumper to squeeze them in. WEll let me tell you that those four bolts on each side holding the bumper in are a pain in the ass. My arms have fiberglass cuts all over them. All said and done the process took me about 4.5 hours and a case of beer. But they are finally back on and im pretty happy with the way that they look. Ill try to get some pictures up.

post pics. i did the same with my WRX, but it was much easier to get them in/out. hope you used enough silicone. it would suck to have to redo that whole process cause you're fogging up

Not trying to be mean, it is just that I ahve wanted to use that ever since I first saw it. Congrats on getting it done, ever think that it may have taken so long because of the case of beer

probably was cuz of the beer, o well, its done and it looks good. Im happy, i was in a depressed mood that day so i just started taking things apart. "there's something about headlights, that, calms me down" -lame and too glorious (fast and furious)
