Jumping?
Does anyone eles's car occasionally seem like it "jumps" between gears? I think this was an issue with the 3.0 CL's all in the 97-99 issue (or so some car site said), still it sort of botehrs me. (Mine is a 3.0 '99 CL, with 66k miles).
It is more when the car downshifts, but it is occasionally when it upshifts.
Also, whenever I am down below 1/4 of a tank (and esepcially if I'm at E), the car seems to have trouble starting....
Just afew issues i want to make sure arn't big ones that I need to have checked out.

Our fuel pump is located in the back of the tank (from what I understood), therefore depending on how your car is leveled could determine whether or not your car will have a problem starting on "E". (ex: if your on "E" and your car is on an incline with the front upwards, your car could start, but viceversa, your car may not start because the fuel pump won't/cant get the gas.) Easiest way to explain it for me. Anyways, just don't let the gas get soo low.

the tranny thing could be because of three things. 1st: it could be ur iac idle air control valve, if it is bad it holds the rpm's up when its in drive making ur car feel like ur giving it gas but ur not. also it makes ur car idle up and down between 1k rpm's and 2k rpm's when ur in park/neutral. the other is the vehicle speed sensor, all there is to do is replace it. the 3rd thing is ur pressure control solonoid, but that would make every gear shift hard like it's banging in to gear. all of these will contribute to u getting ur tranny rebuilt so do not hesitate on getting this fixed.

also.. your tranny might be getting ready to kick the bucket

your engine mounts might be busted..
my car is starting to clunk between 1st and 2nd, and 3rd to 4th isnt shifting properly.. like its confused.. and im pretty sure my tranny is about to die..

this is all faq stuff...
a search would have answered it for you.
the rough shifts were identified in an initial review of the car, but is certainly a symptom of the shitty tranny
and the hard to start is normal
