if the lens + inner housing + inner reflectors are ok, it hsould no problem. you need a new rear part though, yours is cracked to pieces and there is no legit way of fixing it completely.

fixing the housing shoudl be a snap, just getting some extra plastic housings not for a CL and just cutting out pieces to fit the broken parts and expoxying or quick steeling it in would work fine
as long as the brackets are intact you should be fine but like mike said that should not be a biggy to fix
