installing fuel filter

i got the the fuel filter and wanting to install it myself over the weekend. I heard someone said it's a bitch to do. Has anyone else done it b4? if so, can you give me some pointers? thanks

It's really easy to do.

For step 2 (in the pic), Just undo the 12mm Banjo bolt (make sure you put a shop rag on top of the filter to catch the gas that will flow out) to relieve the fuel pressure.

Takes only about 10-15 minutes.

btw, how do you relieve the fuel pressure before removing the filter?

mine was seized and took me over an hour but wasn't that hard

Yeah, I had done one before, so it went pretty fast. I change it about every 25K-30K miles (almost time for another one)!
