You should be able to find it by doing a search on the web. The only hard part is getting the bolts off.

I don't mean to scare you but my friend who is a mechanic told me that if you don't have the right equipment or if you are not carefull, when you try to take the bolts off the springs might shoot out. So carefull with that.

if you are somewhat mechanically inclined, it is easy.

my buddy and i did a shock/spring install in 2 hrs.

You need some basic hand tools and a spring compressor. You can borrow the spring compressor for free at pepboys.

good luck.

The only springs that will shoot out are the front ones and they aren't to bad. The trick is to aim the shock at the wall when loosening the bolt. Other then that the whole process is pretty easy unless your bolts are seized then thats a totally different story.

ugh.....off the top of my head......

1. jack up the front and remove wheels
2. remove nuts and bolts at top and bottom of shock/spring assembly
3. detach brak line from shock/spring assembly
4. compress springs
5. undo the "hat" part of shock spring assembly with wrench and allen wrench
6. take spring out, take off compressor, compress new spring, put everything back together the same way.

do the other side, then do the rear........sounds easy...can be easy or a bitch depending on u

my friend is only 15 and he installed a turbo on a type R integra by himself and a eibach pro kit. I think ill let him do it for me, hes mechanically inlined enough to handle this job. The best part is he will do it for free.
