I severly doubt they'll got to jail for breach of contract bro...sorry. I doubt you'll even recover all your damages unless you get legal service for free. Not to mention the effort put in to this investigation. But at least you didn't let the guy get away with it.

You might have a problem with finding his actual address, my search was pretty extensive and it puts up a lot of people and addresses, if we can get his real name I can get a definite address.

cause i re-opening the case and i want to get this guy, i mean its 2 years old but i ahve not forgotten about it and i contacted fedex about it and they are having their person call me soon

hopefully i can work something out


the only reason i bring it back up cause i want to start up back again cause the local guy that does my shipping for my parts sadi there is a new dept. at fedex that does fraud cases and i would qualify for it

it was a hassle and i had to worry about my grades in college, this caused me to worry more about my losing money then getting passed college

Rick was going through a seperation and wanted to pursue more and teh post office was going to offer him a lawyer but i dont think he has followed up with them

and i have not heard from him in a long time so i dont know

but i want to try to get the money i paid for the fedex back, it was like 180 bucks total for everything after all the charges and bills for it

i was a grown man that did it, he scammed me and dustbuster, i got fucked out of some parts, i traded parts for parts

i trade him 2 - 12" JBL subs 1000watts, and a panasonic professional video camera screen for a video camera that worked well and has the best picture resolution out there

he told me to charge it to his corporate account and i got stuck with a 182 dollar bill

we have numbers, emails, PM's tracking numbers, flase accounts, numbers for people in the area that have his last name, MESOT also we checked for PRadonski, i thought paul Radonski and i was right but i cant find a number or no number was listed

well the hunt for the crook is back on

Sorry, but this sounds highly unlikely because for two reasons:

(1) Shipping Carrier policy generally has a claims filing period of within 30 days that you must file a written complain immediately. Failure to do so and your case is gone.
This is usually stated in their liability-claims/loss prevention policy.

(2) Cases that are 2 years old are probably already buried somewhere and their records
have to be reopened. Highly unlikely to be reopned if the case resolution was made.


Nevertheless, you can probably go to small claims court if youre able to do some homework or hire a PI and file a complaint with the proper district attorney.

Another thing, when a shipping carrier has a fraud department or claims department, its basically a loss prevention operation designed with the goal of limiting the carrier's liability in mind as job #1 and that's the only and most important concern they have: denying your claim through any and all means of policy underwritten by them.

Fedex is no exception.

The only real companies that have balls are the 3rd party places such as Staples/Office Depot/Office Max that use carriers like UPS, FedEx and depend on them routinely.
Sometimes they will reimburse your loss if packages are lost and were declared for in the first place.
