I'm back... with a trainwreck!

Hey ziners... it's been a few months (probabaly more) since I last posted. I've had quite a few crazy adventures with my CL since then; including the most recent--and final--ride.
I was coming through an intersection two nights ago and there was a car coming up to it in the left-turn lane from the opposite direction as me. It was only us two on the road. The light was green for the two of us the entire time I'm driving up to it at about 60 km/hr, so he has to yeild to me before making his turn. VERY last second as Im cruising through the intersection, this moron decides to turn through it!! He drove RIGHT in front of me and there was no time to swerve around him. He was driving some mid-90's chev sedan (aka a tank) and...well... take a look for yourselves!

Now, I do have another CL, a 97 2.2 5spd, in pretty decent condition. So, I'm going to be using the insurance money I get from this accident and put it into making my other CL sexxxy. Black on white ftw? I think so!

Thanks man, Im banged up pretty nice.. I didn't think my airbags worked because my SRS light has been on for some time, so as soon as I realized we were going to collide I just braced up really hard on my steeringwheel and brake pedal/floor so the impact gave me a pretty good jolt to the shoulders/ankles. Both ankles are sprained and my shoulders/neck is super sore, as well as the seatbelt mark that I've got going down my chest/collarbone. Besides that I'm alright, there was a crapload of glass in my arm/hand, thats what that outwards buldge in my windsheild is from; my hand blowing off the steering wheel when my airbags DID deploy, and smahing into the glass. Gotta love technology! hah

Yeah, thanks guys!
As for another car, it depends on how much I get out of the settlement. There's a pretty nice 97 prelude for sale around here, but I'm pretty partial to the CL's, so I'm like 90% sure I'm going to spend some money and paint/lower/sexify my other 97 2.2 CL

You might want to get some insurance cash from injuries, because it sounds like you suffered quite a bit. Way to keep your head up though, and it's cool that you've got another car ready to be modded! Although if I were you I'd buy a $500 beater/winter car as well.

Good Luck!

Yeah, I've also got a couple older civics lying around that I'll fix up into one decent one and beat that this winter I think. Which means, I have a couple options; sell my remaining CL and combine that money with the insurance money from car/injuries to buy maybe a 97-01 prelude, or another nice honda/acura, orrr, keep the CL and dump my incoming funds into it. Maybe one bad crash is enough for me and CLs? haha sooo much to think about!

Depending on how much you get from the settlement, I'd fix up one of your civics and use the insurance money + cash from selling the CL to get something better, maybe a 2g CL?
