If you windor regulator went out, I think I know why...
 

Well yesterday my window regulator went out. So I took it out and opened the motor. The cables were mangled like shit.

Both times it went out I heard the door pop. Well I think this "pop" is from the window getting off track. Since the door panel is off for now, awaiting my new motor, I check the tracks to see if the window gets derailed after I close the door. About every 10th time I shut it, it's off track or near it. So this leads me to believe that it's not really the motors fault. I think when the window is off track the motor has to work a lot harder to push it up, therefore wears out a lot quicker.

Well this is my theory.

shit, i always roll up my windows when the cars off, plus my windows roll up not so fast as it normally does...

and shit we need more CL's to come out down in HI, i just sent a message to 2 CL's i found in hawaii on a website, hopefully they respond, (one of thems a girl), anyway i talk to some of the TL guys and their gonna put on another cruise soon, so ill keep you posted about that... and you dont need a window regulator anymore?
