opps.... anyways I got a couple of issues......
1. I was installing my intake last night and I was moving my battery and I took the wires of....
Anyways the time and my stereo reset!
My stereo asks for a code which I dont have....so I tried a couple of imaginary codes which did't work now I'm not allowed to ry ant more all I get is a "err-3" display.....
Second, I got a laptop that I want to incorporate into my car
1. Is there an adapter that plags in to my lighter?
2. Can I hook it up to my audio when a get aftermarket?
3. If so, what do I need?
4. Can I play DVD's through the stereo if I get a compatable deck or should I just buy a DVD drive for my laptop?
5. Can I run a navi system, what softaware ?

You should have a code somewhere for your radio to reset it. The reason why you cant try anymore codes is because after awhile it figures out you are just putting random ones in and blocks you out. I think if you let it sit long enough you can try to enter more codes or just disconnect your battery again for a few minutes. If you dont have the code you willl have to call your dealer with the serial number and they should be able to help you get it.
As far as the lap top goes, you can plug it into your cig lighter, go to like best buy or something and ask for an adapter or get a power transverter. There is some navi thing for your lap top but i cant rememeber the name right now but yes you can use it for navi (i wanna say the program is something Sky) You should also be able to hoook up the audio if you have inputs on an after market deck or using an FM modulator on your stock deck. Hope this helps

Check the back of the ashtray under the radio. There are a couple of number combinations on it. The first one is usually your stereo code. The nice people @ Flow Acura gave me that info for free. Right after charging me to clean my airbox (which was still under warranty at the time). Good Luck!
