I am torn on wheels

Ok, I am ready to order my wheels, but can't decide. Mostly, I am concerned with rubbing, offsets, yada, yada, yada.

Been crusing the whalentire site, and have narrowed my selections down to 18" 7-7.5" wide, silver finish wheels. The price is really right on the Enkei's, and I think they look great:

CDR9

RS5

But, I am not sure about the 7" width as opposed to 7.5" for the Konig, ADR, and Maxxim.

Who here is running on 7" wide wheels that has pictures or comments I can take into consideration?

Maybe the ADR RS limited MASE or the Konig Verdicts?

you can use 18x7.5 they will not rub at all...you just have to get an offset of 42
tire size 215/35/18
they wont rub trust me

Well I am not to concerned with 18x7.5's (I plan on using 225/40/18's). I feel confident with those (I have seen dustbusters CL pics with that setup).

I am wondering how 7" wide looks? The Enkei's above are 7" wide, with 40mm offsets.

Actualy, now that I think about it, the .5" reduction in width is compensated by the offset (7.5" wides are 42-45mm offset, the 7" are 40mm offset).

I guess with the 7" wheels, I guess I should go with the 215/40's and with the 7.5" I would get 225/40?

Get 215s with 7" wide rims.

225s are great for 7.5" rims.

in my opinion, i honestly dont like any of those rims... i would go Racing Hart...but thats just me.. as far as size go 18, so you can at least have a 40 sidewall, 35 is too narrow..

"tru dat" about the Racing harts
but i think 215/35/18 or 215/40/18 would be a good size ....225 are too wide just my opinion...but then again it all depends on how low the car is..

I am going with 18x7.5 w/225/40's on a Pro-Line 1.5" drop

I am hearing mixed reviews from searches on this board regarding Wheelmax.com. Does anyone know what tires they wrap on their wheels? Can I expect my wheels in 3-4 days per the shipping chart? Or should I just use whalentire?

Well, local shop owner has some 19" Konig Verdicts I am going to look at tomorrow. If I like them, I am going to get the 18's. They are Black Opal (high luster Silver) so I dunno. I was really stearing towards Silver, and these are supposed to be somewhat reflective???
