looks good except for those damn headlights. has anyone opened them up to see if you can take those slits out yet?

davzilla said they are plastic strips that can be removed, or clear corners from oem headlights can be swapped in

im thinkin about picking up a pair for retro, but im still waiting for someone to prove to me that the stripes can be removed.

my car got hit too.... It was parked across the street from my house when my neighbor 3 houses up sideswiped my car from the qtr panel, door, and took of my driverside mirror.... sucks... but I'm lookin to get a paintjob as well... Looks good man. Do you still have your old headlights? or were they messed up..

looks real good man. i cant say that really like the corners though. you sould deffinetly get clear or smoked ones. other than that it looks really good and really clean too. nice job.

nice hoood im saving up for one once my springs are on. im debating whether to keep the black abs lip with the cf hood or get a wings west.

I'm about to throw the lights in the oven as we speak. My parents finaly left.. They made me promise I wouldn't "put things in the oven that don't belong in there because it might be hazardous to the food" I'll let you guys know in a few minutes.

my mom used to tell me not to put stuff in the microwave..i had some fascination with putting lays chip bags and the like in the microwave cause theyd shrink. it was awesome. haha.

Just like I thought, the striped corner lens piece pops right off like the oem corner lens.



They put soooo much sealant in these lights it's not even funny... The sealant is alot fresher and thicker than the oem one probably cause it's new. Ended up baking at 250 degreese for 15 minutes...

@Zero, How long do you have to put the chip in for it to shrink? I put it in for 5 minutes on high and all it did is get a little brown on the edges..
