soo, i get in my coupe right now, and i hear air blowing, :wtf: ?? look around (key still in hand) HVAC is on and working!!!

so i turned it off, while the key still out and back on, turns on!!

i just drove it and came back, still doing the same thing.


ANY thoughts? i'm thinking bad ground causing something else to back feed into the hvac

 

weird #2, so i drove around, and it was still doing it, drove around some more, and its stopped. drove around some more, still nothing, THEN, i parked it, left for a little NOW, the hvac is on off? but the light on "auto" is lit up, so i drove some more, and now its back to normal. :wth:

does anyone know where i can find a complete wiring diagram or a online service manual type of thing? i got some diagnosing to do mow.

that one costs like 4 dollars for the diagrams, its all I could find.

good luck--I have no clue what could be feeding the HVAC to make it so sketchy.

A friendly Acura dealership will allow you to look at the Electrical Troubleshooting Manual for the CL. It's not a bad investment to buy one either.

Your issue definitely sounds like a bad ground or maybe a bad HVAC computer. Are any other accessories working with the key out?
