Its hard to tell without a dyno. They don't add up cumulatively.
e.g.
Intake by itself: 8-10 hp.
Exhaust by itself: 5-10 hp.
Intake + Exhaust does NOT = 8-10 hp + 5-10 hp.
Just doesn't add up that way. So you have to dyno.

Yeah, there's Gude head work packages that alone supposedly add around 40 HP. There are pistons, rings rods flywheels etc.
If you just want to know about intake headers exhaust then It'll probably be around 10-20. Depends on state of tune of your ride etc.
You probably just want to know what the most "bang for your buck is right?
Nirous. It's cheap and adds a lot. You don't even have to buy anything else if you don't care about engine life.
