how to shorten breaking distance

ive been driving lately a bimmer and noticed how good the breaks are, im not saying i want the same breaks as the bimmer but i want to make mine a little more powerful

what do i buy, break pads or rotors or what?
what brands too?

Try Hawk HP pads and bleeding your brake system. Cheapest for most performance.

bettwe pads and maybe SS brakelines. Rotors like crossdrilled and slotted will help some but mostly only after consistently braking hard. Also, if you are getting rotors, go with bigger...not just drilled or slotted. If you are going oem size, then get slotted not drilled too. If you get cross-drilled with the OEM size rotors, you will be taking away surface area with the holes and you will also lose some rotor integrity(might crack) Just my .02
