How do u make the front lip longer?

How do u make the front lip longer?

I am getting some custom side skirts and was wondering how u can make the sides of the front lip sit lower so they match up with the sideskirts

Its poly-urethane, so it should stretch if you heat it up

I think im going to have the same problem when i get my skirts (should arrive soon.) The only way i have heard of is to bend the air dam down on the sides. Too bad mine is already taped and screwed in place

yo just rip off ur stock lower molding along the front and reapply it to the bottom of the lip. its thats simple. and if u want it flush then ur gonna need some minor body work. acvtually u r better off getting another set new or used. that way u can leave the protective plastic underneat in itcorrect place and then just modify the lip. u dont want water goin up there specially if u got a cai

it wont work.....the stock lip is a lil smaller than the R lip....ive tried it....rite now im in the processs of puttin on a splitter on the bottom of the R lip...hopefully it works.....but if u guys got sum otha ideas...let me know
