its pretty tough man..i have managed to chage my climate control to green by replacing the little blueish-green filter with yellow..so now its green. i suppose you can do the same with the clock too, only use dark blue. you can go to a music store and get gel sheets, they are used in concert lighting, its just transparent colored plastic. thats what i am planning on doing oncei get a job to pay for it

It does seems like a blueish-green more than just green.

I did it to my civic. What it is, its a little LED bulbs with a cover over on them. I havent check out the CL those, if its just the cover over the bulbs you can replace em with blue cover if its not then you'll have to buy new blue LED and rig it in.

they aren't led bulbs, they are regular incandesant bulbs, and they do not have covers, you are thinkin of the ones in the instrement cluster. there is a special honda blue/green paint on the back of all the buttons in the CC unit. then the regular bulb shines through and shows up green on the other side.

1stgenCL-- it was originally mint green, now its dark green.

Yea...

I would like to know how to change the color of the bulbs too. Do they make bulbs in different color for our sizes?

that's interesting with the filter idea...so to get a blue light, i would need a dark blue filter (to mix with the stock green light)??? Hmmm...where else can i find this transparent filter at?

I first off bought some reverse indiglo guages from autodynamic.com and they didnt really seem to fit well, and I also broke off my temp needle in the process...haha so i returned those and then put in some blue LEDs in my guages
