it's real easy man, you just gotta have patience.
take your bumper off
take the lights out
heat up the lights (hairdryer, or oven if you have big balls)
carefully pry them apart
unscrew the chrome part
prime it
paint it
let it dry
apply silicone sealant
reassemble
put your bumper on
stare at your car with black housings

I've got the Primrose color......not sure how that would look with the blacked-out headlights.....
I like the look of the headlights but they need something

it's easy to get off, just takes some time. if i remember correctly:
1. take out your bumper lights
2. remove bolts you see through the holes where your bumper lights were
3. unclip the wheelwell clips up to wehre the bumper meets the fender
4. it should come off after that i think
someone please correct me if i'm wrong.

2 screws behind each bumper light,
1 screw each side upper corner of bumper in the wheel wells,
2 clips underneath the bumper, located in the middle and
finally the 2 clips/screws that attach the fenderliner type thing where the CAI filter and washer fluid tank sit.
Then just push and pull bumper down, and your in there like swimwear.

i remember when I first got my car we were gonna paint the headlights black but couldn't get the bumper off for the life of us. So we eventually gave up. Now going past 4 years of owning the car I still haven't done the headlights
