Homelink boost?
Hey guys, anyone know how to boost the output signal that the homelink sends out? I trained 2 buttons to open my garage door, but it only works when I'm actually in the driveway. The other button works perfectly at my brother's place.
I tried reprogramming several times to see if it will copy the signal differently, but no luck.

if its anything like any ifra red remote ive ever seen, just take it apart and if there isnt something reflective behind the led, put some tin foil behind it, with as little crinkles as possible. thats also an easy way to boost wifi signal.

How did you train it the homelink transmitter? It never occurred to me to try that. Getting sick of risking my bad shoulder reaching over to the passenger's side visor to use the Chamberlain remote
