for reviving an archived thread

I bought a catco universal cat off of ebay that fit my pipes (2.25'' inlet/outlet)... still has the mesh inside the cat but I defenitely felt a difference after installing it... Probably also because my stock cat was busted to hell i think too

btw, random watever, is not the only one that make High flow cat with a o2 connector. There are a few on ebay that does and some doesn't. you just have to fine it. Got one for my gf 2000 accord with a o2 connector for like 40$ i think.

how does sound? what was the part # and how much was it?

now remember, this is on a 97 2.2, with a magnaflow muffler, a magnaflow 22'' resonator, 2.25'' custom piping all the way through, AND the cat... so there are lots of variables here.

just a heads up... it was welded to my piping.. so if you plan on going with a catback system, you're better off buying one of those test pipes with the flanges, or finding a way to put flanges on this thing.

Like I mentioned earlier, I had custom bent piping done all the way through the car at 2.25''...

sucks some of those guys arent here anymore, its sounds like back then people used to be into performance with there CL's. o well
