check out mobilehid.com
fully waterproof and "hammer proof" ballasts
if they interest you, PM me.. I can really help you out with something
but i would suggest putting together your own set..
you can get a decent ballast, bulb, harness setup for ~$200 depending on which stuff you get
and that will be better than any aftermarket kit

I got mine from Timerivers on ebay but he no longer sells on there. I think their website is www.hidynamic.com My kit was 315 shipped off of ebay. The ballasts were Hella and I don't know what the bulbs were. It was easy as a mofo to install. All plug and play, no extra wiring. The kit I have on my RSX is a Pilot kit. It's 8000 too but it's not as bright or nice looking as the Hidynamic kit. I only paid 185 shipped for those and you have to mod the plugs to fit.

I honestly think its going to be close. You might take it but chance is i might too.
